time yet again I didn't get a text to say my prescription was ready. When I collected I was not advised that items were missing and that they could not get them. I rang to complain and was told that there was a note attached to my prescription and they should have told me there was a supply issues and to call my doctor for a prescription for an alternative. I rang my doctor who advised that the chemist should have offered an alternative and fed back to the GP that there was a problem. Thank goodness my doctor was able to resolve my problem. Poor performance by Boots, not for the first time.
