Boots Pharmacy Huddersfield Great Northern Retail Park

I shipped in Boots several times during the week leading up to Christmas. One member of staff was particularly helpful. I left a bottle of aftershave at the till & he put it away for me. On my next trip he again advised me on 3 for 2 offers.

The pharmacist made you feel very welcome, with a smiling face.

I usually collect my prescriptions from this branch and this time yet again I didn't get a text to say my prescription was ready. When I collected I was not advised that items were missing and that they could not get them. I rang to complain and was told that there was a note attached to my prescription and they should have told me there was a supply issues and to call my doctor for a prescription for an alternative. I rang my doctor who advised that the chemist should have offered an alternative and fed back to the GP that there was a problem. Thank goodness my doctor was able to resolve my problem. Poor performance by Boots, not for the first time.

Rang up this morning to ask if you stocked a certain product on General enquiries line, but nobody answered and I hung on for quite a while. Not good enough!
