All staff go that extra mile to make the service here a great experience. The whole team always appear so helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Recently I was in there and a person who I thought was a difficult customer, was being served, the person dealing with them was brilliant and just sorted them out with no fuss. Excellent people skills.

Adam and his staff epitomise the meaning of "Going above and beyond". They'll chase up prescriptions for you and let you know as soon as it is ready for collection. All of the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The people of Mirfield love them.
