Very happy.

Staff are very kind. My loved one is happy with the food, it's good. Having own key worker is working well. Resident and visitors meeting 6 weekly is good to air views.

Residents receive poor quality of care

Our elderly father was left unattended in urine for an extremely unacceptable amount of time. Only one member of staff on the floor could be found
