Management inadequate

Poor care staff too busy socialising with each other to be bothered with residents.
Poor compliance with PPE probably contributed to Covid outbreak.
Happy to exclude family’s during Covid outbreak.Very little information over past year.

Lack of attention to needs of individual

96 year old lady, a beloved grandmother and mother. We provided all toiletries and adequate things but staff were not even able to clip her nails. They became so long and dirty, in the end I had to do myself. Her food intake wasn't being monitored as she lost so much weight in the last week of her life it's untrue. When picking up my mothers things days after I was abruptly handed them and never even so much as a condolence was offered. So much for the thousands of pounds this home was receiving on a monthly basis. I shall be complaining big time.
