Creating Connections

The aim is to support people to get involved in community sport and physical activities, and to support community clubs/providers to welcome more disabled people to their sessions. The programme acts as a recommendation scheme where individuals can self register for the programme and health, community and disabled peoples organisations can recommend their clients into the programme.

I used Creating Connections to find out what was available locally, I am now going to aqua med once a week.
