I don't have tonuse the health Centre often but when I do it's good. Staff are friendly and I am seen to quickly.

Personal service know the patients, know me by my name. Excellent service, quick appointments. See any of the GP as required who will give you the time you need.

I have experienced long waiting times to be seen by GP. The longest I have waited is one week for an appointment. The GP's themselves are very good and there are good reception staff.

Friendly staff who are helpful and knowledgable. Only complaint would be the time waiting for appointments. Can be a long time. When in the surgery it's pleasant, friendly and clean and usually running to time give or take 15mins
