I attended feeling very anxious about some particularly sensitive teeth and various other medical conditions that were affecting my mood. By the time the dentist and his dental nurse had carefully listened to what I perceived as problems, they had calmly chatted through the solutions. The dentist was excellent at explaining brushing techniques, why my teeth were sensitive and how to overcome this. I felt I had had a full ‘ service and MOT’ by the time I left. They didn’t ask me to pay for treatment too far in advance - only a day before and that was because of the Covid safety procedures - which were also very stringent. I felt very safe.

I have an issue of paying for treatment before the work has been done, even though I am happy to pay a deposit. Sometimes its 4 weeks before you get your appointment.
