Happy with Doctors

My partner phones up as it can be difficult for me to speak on the phone . I am happy with the doctors but sometimes struggle to out and mobility is a problem with my crutches. When I am struggling I would prefer a home visit.

Parking is horrendous. Generally the service is good and it is difficult to get an appointment. Waiting to see a doctor is 10 minutes at the most.

I've been coming for over 40 years since 1976 . Very good, never had a complaint and still coming. My husband feels the same.
Never get appointment when i ring up

Parking is disgusting. Never get appointment when I ring up and although you can book online it can end up being double booked, this happened to me recently.

Hard to get appointments. Staff helpful. Doctors good. Surgery have been helpful and we have had to visit often.

I am aware of the online appointments but I an not the type of person to do it. I'm happy with the doctor.

Hard to say at moment if things need improving as it is only second time to get appointment but so far no concerns or complaints.

Ring up for appointment and can never get one. Have to ring next day all the time.
Receptionists are stand offish. I don't like being asked what is wrong with me by the receptionist.
Don't get to see own doctor, they're always locums who don't have time to talk to me. the doctors are typing on their computers before I've even finished speaking.

I've been at the same doctors since I was born - always been there and wouldn't want to change.
It's always changing but it's still good.
Kept to old fashioned way which is why I liked them
