Empire House Dental Surgery

Called in this morning 7/1/21 for a family booking 4of us got scanned and welcomed from the wonderful receptionist. Waited a minute or so then into the room to get checked out we first saw the femail dentist who talks with you not to you . When the male dentist came in he made his comments in a very friendly way I have been going a few times and have always felt I was been well looked after and my family even when there is a problem it's explained in an easy to digest good around dentistry care

Extremely happy with the service provided. Time is always taken to provide advice and explanations, and to answer any questions.

So easy to talk to. Gave me all the info and advice I needed about looking after gums.

Im sure they are just making as much money as possible. Every family member needs a filling each time we go.

Not keen on dentist: the way he talks is not good. Patronising.

Waiting times are alright, polite, well mannered staff. Just changed hands and still really good

They are really nice and put you at your ease. Not used dentist as yet but needed an appointment and got one easliy .

unnecessary appointments, always finds minor work that needs doing so it ends up costing more than double, gone from every 12 months to 4 times in a 12 month period since the new dentist started, i will be looking for a new dentist.

Always polite, good dentist,helpful staff.
