Had to have a blood test. Experience good.
I was instructed by Lindley Practice to make an appointment for a blood test. The problem was in getting through to appointments department. There is no longer a queuing system on the phone, just a message saying that if no one answers immediately, hang up and try again. This meant I spent a hour each day for three consecutive days before I got through. This is totally unacceptable.
