Carers sat all visit time on phone made private time for them,ignore service user. When you complain to office they promise you do something after don't do nothing. Ignorance. I don't understand from where are this good opinion as I know and spoke with a lot people who used company before and all was disappointed. Carers are rude,you can find few really lovely but this lovely don't stay long in this place can't blame.

There staff are not good dont know what they are doing and talk to there clients like children

The bedtime call has been missed on occasion and timings are to their convenience and not user with no phone calls when running late. Staff are sent in blind with no shadowing to introduce new employees
