Overall normally don't have a problem, but recently referred for wrong thing so waited 3 months to be seen but now back to square one because it was the wrong place.

I try to book appointments online using emiss. But usually none are available. Booking an appointment by phone seems easier. But quite often at 15 weeks before appointment available.

Very helpful staff in reception and the medical staff. There is sometimes a wait for an appointment but if you have an issue that needs dealing with there are always on the day appointments available. Very happy!
