The GP's don't have enough time to listen and then don't get to the cause of the problems.

Need to give me better support

Doctors don't seem to care, some do and some don't. Some days ok and some days not. Most are not interested and have given me little information to help me manage my condition. Battle to get repeat prescription for skin condition, have to get from dermatologist but it is harder to organise.

I have been a patient at this doctors for most of my 40 years i have never had any issues with them at all .....i have several illnesses and feel that the doctors take time with me when i have to go and do help me with my issues..........i have a repeat prescription list as long as my arm and have never had a problem ordering them online and are always ready when i need them including the Controlled Drug ones that i have to collect from reception .....thank you to all doctors,Nurse ,health care providers,reception staff and those in the background doing other thank (less) tasks that us as patients do not see but are needed to keep the practice running i for one am very grateful to each and everyone of you.

We registered when moving to Lepton over a year ago and fortunately do not have much cause to use the practice. On the few occasions my family have their appointment service is appalling. One of my kids had an ear infection but the surgery would not give them an appointment for a month! Not isolated, I needed some bloods taken by the practice nurse and the minimum wait was 3 weeks. My son wanted his ears looking at and we ended up having to go private because we couldn't get an appointment.

Not very good for cancer referals

Tried to get a referral for cancer diagnosis twice (as had cancer previously). No blood tests were completed and GP refused the referral when patient requested to do so. Patient is now undergoing cancer treatment.

Regular reviews

I would like a more personal approachable. The main doctor is very pleasant. I would like to see more follow up about dementia care and progress plus regular reviews.

Kept waiting!

Whilst trying to pick up an important CD prescription, I was left waiting at the counter with 2 other customers for about 10 minutes, I eventually had to leave without the prescription.

Practice from h*ll

Would be nice to be able to publish a negative comment without it being rejected. Where have the good old fashioned, smart and with a great bedside manner doctors gone? Terrible social skills here. Oh and reception staff that are just that! If they want to know why I need a doctor then maybe the should train to be one.
