Happy family doctors

Excellent doctors surgery. Appointment available if you come to surgery in a morning. All doctors approachable and helpful.

Find doctors very good. The only issue is trying to get an appointment and spend a long time trying to get through on the phone, especially the 01484 number

Hello, we are looking to further improve our telephone system so that patients can call on the 01484 number and have a queue facility which will be more cost effective than the 0844 number.

We are always working to answer calls as quickly and efficiently as possible.

A very busy practice so waiting is expected. The way this is managed seems to be improving though. Drop in session on a Monday and Friday morning are a good idea and seem to be working well.

Hello, we do have a book in advance facility for appointments, however they do tend to fill quickly. Appointments are put on the system 6 weeks to the day in advance. The usual wait for an advance appointment is around 3 weeks.

I strongly recommend you register for online access to enable booking advance appointments on line and also order repeat medication.

If this is something you would like, please see reception with a form of photo ID and the receptionist will enable this facility.
