Delivery comes when expected, all equipment is set up and ready for use. I called yesterday to book a collection of equipment I no linger need and they have collected it today which is good as I was anticipating it might be after Christmas.

We have had many items from Medequip to support with my mums care, all have been great quality. On one occasion they delivered an inflation mattress. After they had made the delivery I noticed the mattress was not fully inflated, even though it was pretty late on in the day when I called to report the issue they were able to deliver a replacement pump for the mattress the same day.

We had a hand rail in stalled for my mum but it came out of the wall, I don't think it was suitable to be attached the wall. Today the Medequip technician has placed two hand rails in a different position on the wall which are more sturdy and securely attached. I think this should have happened the first time around but they were quick to respond when we called to report it. and have also delivered a bath seat quickly.

My handrails were ordered last week and have been installed less thana week later, pleased with that.
I have also had a key safe, prop cushion and bed loop from Medequip all of which have been very useful for me and great quality.

All my equipment always arrives within a week of being order by the OT.
They give me a call and book in a day with me and then i get a a text the morning of delivery with a more specific time, nice and easy.

Mediquip have been supplying items for me for a few years now. I am impressed that I am provided with timescaled deliveries to suit me. The staff are always friendly both on the telephone and in person. Calls are answered within a reasonable timescale and all queries are dealt with efficiently. I get a fast response when replacement items are needed. My annual equipment check is always on time and appropriate ID is provided before they access my home. A trusted company run well.

My mum needed new bed rails fitting but when they initally came to try to fit them she was bed bound and they were unable to fit them with her in the bed. I called the depo up to rearrange and we discussed a plan of getting my mum out of bed first with her from the district nurses so that fitting could take place. They were very helpful and liaised with the district nurses and myself to coordinate a suitable time.

My husbands' equipment was delivered to us but unfrotualty he had been taken back into hospital. I called to talk about rearranging so it would be ready for him when he got home, it was easy and booked in for the next day. I was even able to leave a message with instructions on where to leave the delivery should we be called away again which was useful.
