I needed treatment and was seen within 24 hours

You cannot get through on the phone to the surgery, you have to go down in person to get an appointment, problems with the systm online service as well, surgery is unwelcoming with all the windows open and traffic fumes coming in, when you do get to see a GP service was fine, but if you can't get through how do you access this service?

Visited the practice nurse for a routine smear test. She was very positive but also understanding and empathetic given the procedure. Very smooth process - her chatty nature made me relaxed and the appointment quick and simple. She also explained how the analysis is now carried out and potentially what to expect based on different results. Great experience (especially given the circumstances) and the nurse is an asset to the surgery.

I don't use the surgery very regularly but whenever I need an appointment I get one quickly and generally at a day/time that suits me. Recently attended in person for a blood test, following a telephone appointment which I booked using their online system. The blood test was done quickly so I was in and out in a really short space of time .Only thing that is a little frustrating is that the telephone appointment isn't set to a strict time, it's within a time banding - this has proved a little tricky when waiting for a phone call during my working time. Staff and GPs are pleasant and supportive.
