Really good service. I got treated straight away. The care of the doctors is good they are doing a damn good job. They come and see me.

Very forward-thinking when it came to HRT; open to prescribing what I asked for. Also, up to date with NICE guidelines, i.e. that HRT is a first line approach for menopausal symptoms rather than anti-depressants as per out of date practice.

Ringing at 8am and finding you're 5th in the queue is actually quite lucky, as it probably means there's 20 people behind you...it is quite easy to get on the day appointments, and so for that it is good. However, I have had two experiences where I wasn't happy with the treatment. One I went for cystic, painful acne, for which a nurse told me to use medication in the wrong way, which ended up burning my face - she eventually referred me to a dermatologist, she was lovely, though. Another, I went to the GP with a nasal infection, and he didn't seem to take me seriously at all, presumably because of my age. He ended up prescribing me some medication that worked, so I can't really complain. Overall, it's generally quite good.

Never had any problem getting an appointment on the day. Always make use of cancelled appointments. Reception staff very helpful.

The staff are extremely negative. Can't get appointment. Have made a complaint and felt I was branded a trouble causer.
