Very happy with the surgery

I always get an appointment when I ask for it or need it as an emergency, the customer services is very good from both the receptionist and doctors. If needed, I have been referred to the right services e.g. x-ray, bloods, physio, etc... Overall been very happy with the surgery

Not being able to get to see the GP you would like to see for certain is frustrating. You should be able to see the same GP throughout your particular ailment as it would make it much easier.

Getting appointments is always a problem. Reception staff are opinionated and request information that I don't always want to give.

I've had issues with my throat for two years, when I found a lump on the left side of my neck. I went to see the doctors, and he was more upset about the fact that they had been trying to call me to ask if I could come in earlier, so the doctor could go home early. Because I was busy and didn't answer the phone, the first thing the doctor mentioned was dont you answer your phone. He was in a foul mood so I had no chance of getting a decent diagnosis. He felt my neck and said I cant feel anything, which I expected from this surgery Anyways, 7 months later my neck got worse and I made another appointment with another doctor at this surgery and he said maybe there is something there and decided to do blood tests. He then said it seems you have Thyroid issues and so did another test to confirm this, once the second set of results came he said it seems your results are normal and you don't have thyroid issues. I then asked well what are you going to do about the lump I have in my neck and he replied "Theirs not much I can do, see how it goes". I thought to myself is this a joke. I then never went back to this surgery, but now my neck/ throat is bad, I have issues swallowing and breathing, had I been looked at properly by real professionals and sent for a scan I probably wouldn't be in such problems now.
This surgery should be put under investigation, I never leave reviews but this time I felt the need to.

Good Doctors / Bad Staff

Each GP are good and professional, however, all the staff are rude and unprofessional and do not communicate well. No use complaining as the Practice Manager will ignore you and report you.
Difficult to get appointments

Very difficult to make an appointment when you phone up. The system doesn't work as the phones are always busy. The online system works better. Once I got an appointment I have been happy with the service. Staff may need extra training on reception. The lady GP is excellent.
