Rude Staff

Reception staff are very rude to patients and don't always listen to patients thoroughly. The waiting time is too long for an appointment, always have to ring Thursday at 12 for an appointment for the following week.
Need to keep me more informed

The new doctor was very good- normally my regular doctor does not feed back information I need about my health condition. Need to keep me more infromed.

Called twice for emergency appointment for my wife's chest infection but was left with negative response

My son had tonsillitis but did not give medicine. Next day I had to take him A&E for antibiotics. Very disappointed
