Friendly, reassuring and empathetic, she does not carry out any unecessary work. She had to put right a lot of formerly very poor dentiistry for me, but did it with care, patience, and regard for both my pain lvels and pocket.
All the staff are friendly, and put you at ease. It is easy to feel in good hands there. Her husband, Phil, is not my usual dentist, but has sorted out emergency fixing for me on a couple of occasions, and they both give me confidence that they know exactly what they are doing.
There can be quite a wait for a non-scheduled, non-emergency appointment, but my dental emergenices have been dealt with in an appropriate timescale.
I would prefer to be able to access an NHS dentist for cost reasons, but on every other level I am glad that this is my dental practice.
