very helpful

The receptionists are very helpful when I call. I struggle to do things online so when they offer the e-consult service or they ask me to send an image I simply just tell them that I struggle with this and they offer e a face to face appointment instead which I think is very helpful.

The staff are very friendly and look after me very well. I have a learning difficulty and the doctors and nurses give me lots of time and understand me well.

Care has been good

Moved to the above surgery in 2019. In general can usually get a same day appointment. Care has been good Had quite a few medical issues as has my husband which have all been dealt with quickly and efficiently

Waiting times are very long - last two appointments the doctor has ran over 1 hour late. Service from the doctor, once I was in, was good though.

Getting appointments is a problem

Don't give appointments when needed. Might change GP.
Too long to wait; it's so busy, can't get on phone. Doctors really good, just hard to get in

good GP+ practice nurse. Offer over 40 health checks. Always check weight and blood pressure at each visit

Most of the doctors are fantastic.

The doctors are fantastic mostly and receptionists are ok. However trying to get an appointment is really difficult. You have to ring at 8.30am or 1.30pm for an appointment that morning or afternoon. It is normally full by the time you get through. You can't book for anytime that week only future appointments online.

Doctors are great. Receptionists are helpful. It's just too difficult to get to see somebody. Ring at 8.30 but all appointments have gone.
