Lack of real appointments

Only one dentist is an NHS worker so to speak. They only work until 3 each day. Struggle to get an appointment. When I have got an appointment, they have cancelled without informing me, or cancelled without giving another appointment. Husband and rest of family with another dentist but unable to take me on, always private. Have to travel a distance to dentist.
