never have tablets even when ordered 7 days

never have all the tablet even when ordered 7 days before, there is not anough counter staff and they think its ok that custermers have to call 2 or 3 times,this is the worst bisness in cleckheaton

Unable to obtain tablets over weekend

Prescription request dropped off at doctors on Monday morning via phone call. Message on Friday afternoon saying tablets were ready for pick up. Unfortunately chemist is shut till Monday. What a marvellous system

Shockingly unprofessional & lax service

Zero flu jab even after 4 months despite being on list. Meds rarely ready & delivery service not adhered to. Needs complete shake up. Not good enough especially during covid

Requested px from G. P. MON ppharmacy recieved it 12.09 Tues but not ready until after 4pm on the Friday welk they got it ready wgen they found it after 4pm very poor service, and people having to queue outsude fir longer than 30mins in alk weathers abd some are elderly they should have better system like an intercom at doir to find out if they can deal quickly and efficiently with people waiting
