I have used the e- consult to make my appointment online. I contacted them yesterday and received a call back a couple of hours later and was booked in for the next day, so I'm happy.

I really struggle to book an appointment here. Have to wait a long time on the phone and I can use the e-consult. I have managed to get an appointment for today with the GP for my long-term medical issue but then I am coming back next Thursday to see the nurse and then again next Friday for a blood test. I don't see why I can't be seen by the same practitioner who can do everything I need in one appointment. I come with my daughter who helps me but if I dint have her I would be really confused and struggle, so I feel for others who don't have the same support.
Also when we are here we are waiting a long time to be called in to be seen. They just don't seem to be very organised.

Previously I was with another surgery who were offering me really poor care and I was really struggling with my health. I made the move to this medical centre about a year ago and they have picked me up and put me back on my feet. I have a lot to be thankful for coming here, they really do look after me and have saved my life.

Brilliant service, has everything you need in one place. I have had scans, blood tests, vaccines and seen the GP here and everyone is always polite and caring.

Everyone who I have spoken with or had appointments with here is happy and friendly. Getting through to someone over the phone can take a long time but other than that I'm happy.

When call up to get an appointment I am left waiting an awfully long time for the call to be answered, then when I am here waiting to be seen by the GP I have to wait a really long time again. On more than one occasion its been 90 minutes that I have waited in the waiting room before I was called in. I would have appreciated a call/text to say that they were running behind with appointments and push back my time so that I could have set off later.
Once I in the staff are nice and I am happy with the care.

Attended after sustaining severe back pain after 9 holes of golf
Was dealt with immediately and efficiently by the receptionist on the front desk
Was seen by Dr Oliver for a thorough examination and left with a prescription and very sound advice

Every interaction has been positive. Helpful, understanding and actually willing to help. Best move ever made registering with this surgery.

I have been a patient with the surgery for the past 6 years. The service and the care I have received has always been outstanding. Urgent appointments are always accommodated, GPs never delay referrals if they think they are needed, never feel like I have not been listened to or that my concerns have been ignored. The nurses are also fab - I have a bit of a fear of blood tests but they are always so quick that I barely get the time to get nervous. Hats off to everyone working here - thank you.

Get a new phone system. Waited an hour and the service shut down
