The doctors , nurses and reception staff are all very good kind and helpful.

I rang for an appointment and was given one for the next day. Compared to some it is one of the best GP's I have been with. Sometimes kept waiting after appointment time when it is busy up to 40 minutes once but I don't mind . Doctors are helpful

It's ok could do with some improvements- when waiting for results I have had to ring up multiple times and even if there has been an issue . Reception staff in general are good but there is one in particular that could do with some training in people skills

Relatively easy to get an appointment. I don't come often but when i do need one I can get one. I ring up and it depends if I am kept waiting I try to ring back later. I am sometimes left waiting 10- 15 mins after my appointment time. Doctors generally good , i see whoever is available . I don't mind seeing different doctors

Seen quite a few doctors and all have been good. This is ok for me as it was all different issues but if it was an ongoing concern it would help if is the same doctor so you don't have to repeat issues but understand when this can't happen

Not been at the surgery long. Not had any problems, they see my child straight away , and if it is serious we will be seen straight away. I 've used Patchs and that went really well getting booked in that week.

Spoken over the phone and this was positive . Receptionist really helpful. Gave all information needed , made appointment for me . No concerns at the moment

I haven't had any problems . I don't come often . The doctors and nurses have all been very good at getting me referrals and following ongoing treatment. Sometimes kept waiting in reception after appointment time but generally don't do bad at all . I never feel rushed when i am talking to the staff , they give me enough time and I don't feel under any pressure. They do seem to be a really busy practice

Seem to have a few different receptionists and a couple of times recently I haven't seen a doctor and they have had to go and follow it up with one, with different diagnosis. I am still needing things chasing up as I have not heard from a referral

My concern is having to speak to the receptionist about my health issue to get an appointment. i have to provide too much information, it took so long to take my information to get the appointment, which is so frustrating having to do this . I don't want to have to go through all my information haven't heard of the ring back service and have been kept waiting over 30 minutes in the queue. When I do ring up I have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment sometimes. I don't do Patchs.
