I always get a reminder when an appointment is made. I didn't know about the ring back service. I ring up or come in to make appointments. I don't do online , I don't have that at home. I sometimes have to wait a while on the phone when i ring up but if I am in a long queue I hang up and try again later

No concerns , happy with everything - no problems

First time i have visited in a while. I managed to get an appointment after a long discussion with the receptionist but i don't see why i need to give all my information to the reception staff, they are helpful and friendly.

It's very good. I do Patchs on line easy enough to make appointments. I do know about the ring back service but was waiting 15 minutes in queue caller 2 in queue and wasn't offered it then. But i rang up last week and was caller 15 in queue and it did offer it to me then but i went on Patchs instead. Doctors listen

I called for an appointment and was given an appointment for the next day. Compared to some it's one of the best GP's I have been with. I don't often make appointments but i am sometimes kept waiting after my appointment time, i understand it is busy but i have had to wait sometimes up to 40 minutes on one occasion. Doctors listen are helpful and involve me in my treatment. I have not had a bad experience

I do my prescriptions on line and i can phone or make in person appointments. I can manage this ok. I am monitored for my health condition regularly. I am not normally left waiting after my appointment time. They do talk through my health concerns with me and make appointments/ referral when necessary.. It is better than my previous GP in Manchester

Don't usually have an issue when i am calling up. I called and they rang me back with an appointment. I asked for an appointment and they asked for details and said would put it to the doctor to see if it is to be with a nurse or doctor. It would help if they could be quicker answering the phones . When your caller 2 in the queue your are still kept waiting a long time . They are good with kids and will see on the same day.

I have seen a few different doctors and not too bothered about who I see if it is not the same one each time. for any concerns. I have been given enough time to explain and discuss .

I don't often come to the surgery but when I do it has been a good experience . I tried to do appointments on line but having issues with this getting logged in . I have tried to sort with reception but not being resolved

My only concern is waiting times after the appointment time, this can be a problem it can be up to 20 minutes and creates anxiety for me . I prefer in person appointments . When i see the doctors and nurses they are very pleasant . so nice
