Waiting two weeks for appointment. Cant see the doctor you wish, another doctor available
Easier to get appointments for children

I find it hard to get appointments for myself and my husband, but find it quite easy to get them for my children, although when I am there we wait up to 45mins to see the doctor.
Waiting 1-2weeks for an appointment

Everytime I ring up for an appointment it's guaranteed I have to wait 1-2 weeks for an appointment. I find this very frustrating when it is an appointment for my 3 year old son.
Not being able to get an appointment

It's difficult to make an appointment in advance so I try to ring early in the morning for that day which will then be short notice for you, with childcare and so on, but chances of getting appointment are slim anyway.
This doesn't include maternity services, always been able to make appointments in advance.

Care is ok, waiting time is poor

Overall, care is ok, getting an appointment and waiting time is poor.
The last few times I've visited the Grange has been for appointment for the children, I've had to wait over a month for immunisation appointments and had to wait up to 45mins (late) to actually be seen, and with young children can be a nightmare!!!
