The Junction Surgery

Brilliant here .Reception staff good there was one that was obnoxious but that person has left so everything is fine now .It is sometimes busy but not left waiting in reception longer than 15 minutes. Doctors listen and send me for tests when needed .I am very happy with the surgery

I've been with the surgery since it opened and I've always been happy with the service and quality of care. The staff are nice and polite and try to get you in as quick as possible.

I rang this morning and didn't expect to be seen so quickly, so very happy that I was able to get an appointment. Staff helpful and explained what I need to do to get an appointment for the next day

Doctors are helpful and recrption staff friendly. I ring up for my appointments and I might have to wait five minutes to get through but I have no concerns.

I can ring up on a morning and I have never been refused an appointment for that day. Receptionists really good, always nice and helpful. I feel I get long enough and listened too by the doctors. Usually very good at keeping to the timed appointments.

Generally good but doctor doesn't understand my disabilities . I am offered medication but would like instead prefer to be referred to support services. Generally good.

Don't see same doctor for appointments. Sometimes not referred to hospital for appointments when required

You call up for an appointment and you can be seen the same working/same day. Very efficient. The doctors are good generally. I would be happier if they could give me a repeat prescription. Blood monitored for arthritis. nurses have written to the doctor requesting repeat prescriptions but still refuses. I have to travel from Dalton to HRI to get prescription. Apart from this i don't have a problem.

Phone up and don't have any appointments. Half 8 in the morning and still nothing.

When i see the doctor, he gets straight to the point, and gives a thorough look at what may be wrong. Partner goes more often than me and thinks he's fine
