The receptionists are very efficient

When I need to speak to or see a doctor I can or even a nurse they are all very welcoming put you at ease if your nervous about seeing them I have never had any problems at the surgery.

The doctor was amazing. His bedside manor is second to non and he actually takes his time to explain things

Cannot fault the care given to my Mothet

My Mother had been having difficulties for a while and was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia. The staff and doctors at Paddock Surgery were there for Mum and our family throughout the pandemic and could not have possibly done any more. My family feel very fortunate to be patients there.

Simply want a form signed gave it to them a month ago still waiting despite asking to chase it up

Thank you for your feedback Darren. Unfortunately at the present time in view of the extreme demand across all surgeries then NHS work has to take priority over private work. If there is an urgent need for the private paperwork then please contact admin.paddocksurgery@nhs.net and we will try our utmost to help.

Hard to get appointment

I was told to ring at 8.30am to book an appointment, I rung from 8.30 till 9.10 for three days, to be told all appointments had gone, everytime I ring on a different matter to this, I'm told different information, and the receptionist is off with me, plus wanting all my information, which is private that I'd like to discuss only with GP

Suppose to be coming out for house vist to an elderly but never turn up, receptionist anwser was "there is different doctor today so it will be different" absolutely shocking that shouldnt mater she is over 80 years old and non mobile

I booked two appiontment and doctor never phoned, just left me waiting for full day, recptionist is snotty and expect you to give a full download as if she the doctors
