Appointments can be an issue, good for same day appointments generally but yesterday I rang 4 times and still couldn't get through. I rang this morning at 8.00am and at 8.20 am I managed to get an appointment. I don't know about the online service or patient participation programme

I think getting an appointment could be easier, you are told to call at 8am but when you call all the appointments have gone and they are booked up so I question was there any appointments. On line appointments are just the same. This is my main issue.

I always get appointments when I need them, especially for the kids

I don't come often but when I do, I have no problems. I can always get an appointment if I come in at 8am.I did that today and got an appointment. Normally times are good with very little waiting. I am registered for online services but I don't use for appointments, I live very close and walk on. I find this easier as technical difficulties, you don't know what might happen. Nice, friendly, approachable staff.

Generally I can't often get same day appointments and waiting time in reception can be long.

I have always found them pretty alright. I can usually get an appointment. I phone up but I do have to wait sometimes on the phone to get through.

Normally I can get an appointment when I need one but have to call for an emergency one. All the talking whilst waiting on the phone drives me mad but I like the music they play. I try to book appointments in advance. Sometimes waiting at reception can be busy if one member of staff is on and there can be a queue
I am aware of the online service.

I attend the clinic sometimes it can be a little awkward to get an appointment, particularly earlier appointments. I have weekly appointments at the moment and normally seen on time. Staff friendly

It is nice and clean, friendly staff. Any problems I have ever had have been sorted out rapidly. Very rarely left waiting after my appointment time.

Never had a problem. If there are no appointments left and I say I have to be seen, they usually find me an appointment. No problems. Staff friendly even Locums have been very good.
