The Waterloo Practice

Ordering medication is a pain. I know you can do it online but i don't feel confident doing this so have to come down often to get it. Getting appointments can be really hard, You have to ring at 8am but there is usually no appointments and you do end up waiting a long time to get through . I understand there is a lot of patients but it is hard to have to come down when you have children and work. I called and had been on hold 40 minutes then when I got through there were no appointments.

Getting an answer on the phone to make appointments can be a bit of a problem and time consuming, i rang today and it took an hour to get through but getting an appointment was successful in the end but other than that no problems at all.

Usually get an appointment when i need them. Sometimes it is busy so i have to wait a while in reception. Staff very friendly, helpful . Very good surgery.

I come once a fortnight to the clinic for treatment and it is quite well run. I can normally get the time and date I want. I cannot praise the warfarin clinic enough as it is convenient for me as we live close by.

Everybody so friendly. Sometimes takes a while to get appointment. Can book online but often those appointments are at awkward times. Very good care from the doctor.

Doctors are good. Receptionists are friendly. Can't get through on phone, queue takes ages.

Good treatment by the nurse (anti-coagulant clinic)

Handy with chemist being attached. Makes it easier. If need emergency appointment have to be first on the phone to get appointment. Care is ok
