Waiting times too long

Really good doctors but the waiting time can be up to 45mins. Booking appontments using the app is good

When I need an appointments I can get one. When I ring up can't always get to see own doctor but if I come in to make the appointment I can see own doctor. I like to see my own doctor. Good care, will do all checks needed.

Been a patient here since 1948. Never had any problems with anything. All the staff are so nice.

Can always get in to see somebody . Plenty of doctors and nurses. Excellent care. Doctors always running late though.

Never been an occasion when I couldn't get an appointment the same day. The care has been magnificent.

All staff helpful. Seen a few doctors and they're OK. Try to make an appointment online but it's about 3 week wait. When try to phone it takes a long time to answer.

Very hard to get appointments

You call in at 8am and there is already a huge queue, so you have to get emergency appointments more often - and sometimes they're unable to take more. You cannot pre-book, and there is usually a long wait to see GP. GPs can be good, unhelpful at times

Really good service. All doctors friendly and easy to talk to. Waiting times good and emergency appointments within the hour.
