Thornhill Lees Medical Centre

My Dad moved to this surgery a couple of years ago just when we were starting to have concerns about his memory and confusion. The doctor was great and listened to us as a family and we were able to get a diagnosis fairly quickly. They are great when it comes to medication reviews and signposting for support.

Waiting times aren't good - sometimes have to sit for an hour. Staff are okay - overall quality of some staff is good - just waiting times is the issue

I have been with the practice for many years never had a problem

Very rarely get into see him(doctor). Never any appointments.
