I am very grateful for the vaccination programme. However I would not use Cathedral House again. The first problem was having to give car number which I never know. Second was that I was challenged about my eligibility, which had not been challenged when booking. The supervisor was called across and called me darling - I felt this was inappropriate as if I had called her darling I could have been in trouble . When I challenged her she became curt and was certainly dismissive. I wasn't told which vaccine , batch number or what possible side effects were. As an addendum I was referred to as matey on my way into the car park which also demonstrated lack of training.
