Enter and View CRH Discharge Areas Report


As a part of our Enter and View programme, we made three announced visits to the discharge areas at Calderdale Royal Hospital.

We observed the service and engaged with patients and staff members to gather feedback on:

  • Patients’ thoughts on hospital discharge
  • The discharge area experience
  • What’s working well in the discharge areas
  • Any suggested areas for improvements
