Healthwatch Kirklees are dedicated to providing easy and safe access to care for everyone in Kirklees, including refugees.
As Kirklees welcomes refugees from Ukraine, Healthwatch Kirklees have sourced information on accessing health care to give new arrivals extra information and advice about our services:

We have also sourced information in Ukrainian about accessing the 111 service, find out more by clicking here.
To access NHS 111 in another language, you just need to say “interpreter” to the call handler and then say the language you wish to communicate in.
