Although unable to supply information were extremely helpful in putting me in contact with my surgeon's secretary
never kept waiting long before being seen.

under 3 consultants rheumatology, cardiology and urology, will be glad to get back to normal and be seen in person, rather than phone follow-ups, just have to wait until covid-19 clears fully.

I was checked in, at Acre Mills at around 1.25pm. and was adv to take seat. Then waited, waited and waited until half hour had passed and I had not even been called for visions. So went to the desk and said have they forgotten about me?? She said no I will remind them. Then they called me to tell me someone had messed up and I should have been in Calderdale , Halifax. Even though my text said Acre MIlls???? I had taken 1/2 day off work UNPAID leave to do this and this is what happens. Not good is it ....so maybe you should pay me £118!!!!!!

I was recently seen at the breast clinic where I had a number of procedures.Every member of staff I saw treated me with respect, listened to my concerns and made me feel reassured. I cannot rate my experience more highly.

Ridiculous you provide no identifier in gigital letter text messages as to who the appointment is for, even initials or last 2 digits of hospital number would be fine. 3 people use my mobile number. What a stupid system.
