Aston Manor Care Home

Mother in this establishment, left without call buzzer, left sat in dirty clothes after needing toilet, finger nails dirty where she had scratched herself due to faeces been left dried up on her, had a fall and was left two days before been taken to hospital where she was then found to have a broken collar bone. On return back to the home she was placed in a corridor and given her evening meal to eat whilst other patients were wandering around been disruptive.

My husband is living in this care home. The staff are brilliant and very caring. His bed is changed daily and the meals are brilliant. A good mix of people and the meals are person cantered. Meal can be taken wherever the person wants in bedroom if wanted. Own Room with own toilet. Good large garden. Trips also.
