No evening of weekend appointments

I work full time in the security industry. I work in Huddersfield but live in Dewsbury. I find it hard to get evening or weekend appointments. I have enquired with other dental surgery but they only take on private patients which I can't afford

The dentist and the staff at reception are all very nice. The dentist are very patient with the younger ones. All of my recent visits have been pleasant.

Sometimes can be waiting quite a while, seems to be a quite good dentist. Happy with the service I receive

New owners are very nice. They always ask you 'is this okay' before performing something - very polite. Sceptical at first, but can't complain.
Gone downhill

Daughters had a bad experience. My eldest had a brace fitted and teeth removed for which there was a 6 month wait. We have moved dentist now, but are still on hold. The practice seems to have gone downhill recently.

They treat you okay and when injections are given there is no pain. Treat you well there. Explain treatment well and plans

Have been a patient at this surgery for years and years, it used to be great but since it was taken over its a money driven operation now, no interest in patients just get as many through as you can.
