Very professional

We have been going with our child for a 2-3 years now. They are brilliant with children and always offer us appointments if needed some additional visit. Really good practice.

I rang to make an appointment as i was having some trouble with my fillings. I had n't had an appointment in over a year due to the pandemic and i was told that I was not longer a NHS patient beaucse so much time had passed since my last appointment.
I tried for a couple if weeks to get a new dentisit but no where was taking on NHS patients so i called Dental centre back to ask to complain to the manger and got told that i was still a patient after all.
I booked an appointment which wasnt for another 3 weeks, by this point i was in a lot of pain. I got a text the morning of the appointment to say it had been cancelled. when i called to rearrange I got told there was another 2 week wait for an appointment. By the time i was seen the dentisit said there wasnt much he could do to save my tooth an i needed it removed but i feel like had i been sooner things might not have been the same.

Absolutely disgusted. This dental care gives us 3 chances and then removes us from the nhs list and transfers us to private patients. I was a couple of minutes late as I was stuck in traffic, I explained it was due to traffic but they cancelled my appointment and blamed it on me. They have now put me as a private patient and I do not have the funds for my root canal treatment hence why I am leaving it untreated :(

Friendly, caring - gives very good advice. Tells you what to do, my dentist himself is great
