Took my son today have his surgery to be told their is no beds his appointment was at 11 didn't see nurse 11.20 to tell me she's sorry needs to cancel the appointment.

Broke my thumb which had to be pinned and wired. It was sorted out quickly, waited an hour for my follow up appointment, but everything else OK
