The Doctors are caring and staff helpful

The Doctor what to help the nurses are caring and reception staff are good they all do a really good job for the abuse they take from patients.

appointments

have to wait a couple of weeks for general appointments. if you are wanting an urgent
appointment you either have to go in and sit and wait to be seen or your told to try the next day . when ringing up it can take up 1.5 hours to get through on a morning.

We do try our best but demand for appointments is high. All pre bookable slots are booked as soon as they are made available. (2 weeks in advance).
We have introduced call back where if you would rather than wait on the line you will get a call back when it is your turn in the queue.(you do not lose you place in the queue).

It's impossible to get an appointment. Oversubscribed by too many patients per GP. Limited online appointments.

I have always been welcomed by the doctors with a smile and made to feel comfortable. I have to say that the receptionists could also make a little effort to smile and make patients feel welcomed.
