Receptionist very rude.

Went in to register with a new doctor. Lady on reception was very rude. As i had forgot to put a mask on.and virtually threw me out.

I am sorry if you think that the receptionist was rude, but she was only following Doctors orders. All practices/hospital require patients to wear a face covering of some sort. I apologise if you were offended.

Just moved from another GP practice to cherry tree surgery so amazed on how the receptionist staff are so friendly and not ignorant and rude like the others are.The doctor I can't thank him enough he's bent over backwards in seeing us regarding my daughter who has been suffering with sickness for 2 years!! And within a month the sickness has stopped by putting her on the right medication and finally and taking her off all the other medications which were given at the last surgery. So yes highly recommend cherry tree surgery they have worked wonders for us.

I had a counselling appointment for a mental health problem and health professional was very kind, compassionate and encouraging. She made me feel better about myself and listened to my problems very patiently and motivated me.

Firm but fair

Went to doctors and he quickly advised me to stop smoking - which I did. He has been my doctor for 10 years, and so I trust him with what he says.

No waiting times. Book appointments in advance and online. Staff are all nice, been there for 40 years.
