Sometimes have to wait after appointment time

I asked for an appointment today and got one. Most of the time it is like that. Sometimes I have to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time so see the doctor, it has happened on a few occasions. I don't feel rushed and I am given enough time to explain but this can depend on the doctor I see.
Difficult to get appointments

it is difficult to get appointments. It is a busy surgery. I ring up and go online to book appointments. It is easier than ringing. Staff Ok.

I don't use the service often. You have to ring early to get an appointment and struggle to get one on the same day. It is easier for me to ring or pop in to get an appointment. Reception polite and friendly.
Reception staff nice

G P seem to listen and I try to see the same one for consistency so they know of my condition and I don't have to keep repeating myself.
Quite easy to get appointments

I find it quite easy to get appointments. Sometimes I ring and sometimes my husband comes down to book. 9 times out of 10 I get in on the same day. I booked today and got an appointment to be seen today. Reception staff nice.

I always come to this surgery. I phone for appointments . Staff very good. Doctors are good, not had a problem.
Alternative appointment given

I am here today because I rang this morning but Grove House was full so they gave me an alternative. Reception staff helpful. GP's are great! known them for years.
Struggle to get appointments

I often struggle to get appointments but today because I came in to see the nurse I was also able to get an appointment to see the doctor . I don't like it when they ask why I am making the appointment. When phoning from home I am put on hold all the time and can't get an appointment.
GP Listens

It is rare I need an appointment. I get text messages to remind me of my appointments to get my blood pressure checked. My daughter pops into reception to book my appointments. GP always has plenty of time to listen to me. The staff nice and helpful.
