Friendly and caring service

September 12, 2018

Really caring staff in this service, from senior to care staff. The activities coordinator was really good and caring too. They supported, not only the individual living there but the family also. I think more staff are needed to take extra pressure off the existing staff.
The home needs a better system for undergarments laundry service as many are finding new homes and not getting back to the owner of the garment, making increasing costs for family members.

No confidence in quality of care

The last few times my mum has been in here she has come out with more health conditions than she went in with. I don't have the confidence to send her here anymore.
