Good at mis-information and poor service!

Ordered an item shown as "in stock" on the website... nothing arrives in a week so telephone only to be told that my order will be despatched when they receive stock in 3 weeks time! Requested a full refund that they agreed to action in 48 hours but lo and behold did not! Now having to chase for refund! Shocking service for a company that deals with the elderly and disabled.

This company sold me faulty lamps on two occasions and have been extremely unhelpful and unresponsive in dealing with my concerns. I can only conclude that they are selling substandard goods and have no interest in providing a good service to their customers. I would strongly recommend that people do not use this company.
