Always polite and a friendly and personal service.

I had my repeat prescriptions on a service where they automatically order them. When i came in to collect as i normally do they hadn't ordered them and said they dont do that and argued with me that they dont do this. Even though i had been using this service for months. he was rude and told me to go see the receptionist. i needed my tablets.

I went to collect my prescription and pick up my daughters which they couldn't supply last week but they couldn't find it. He when on to say you need to pick it up from the doctors reception I told him it wasn't there cause I checked before I came in here. After a while they found it, after 100 questions in the process in front of other people. I asked if I could also have a packet of paracetamol & codeine he asked what for so I explained I was having operation and I would rather have some in than taking straight codeine, plus I take them for my neck when it's bad but he refused to serve me even when I tried to explain I can get them off my doctors but they are 15mg rather take 8mg but he wouldn't listen was rude and I walked away.i have never come across some one in his position so arrogant rude and unhelpful.
