Very informative understanding of needs and well advised good overall treatment what I needed tooth pain and diagnosis logically explained and treated efficient treatment of the tooth issue was good overall

I had a cracked tooth but was not suffering any pain. The dentist said he could fill it and monitor or pull it so I asked him to fill it. Came back 2 weeks later for it to be filled to be told that the appointment was to remove the tooth. When I told him about the conversation we had at the last appointment he said that wasn't the case and he couldn't recall that conversation and it needed to be pulled. I told him that wasn't what I wanted but he made me feel like I basically had no choice. Ideally, I would move but there aren't any other NHS dentists in the area taking patients so I feel stuck with something I'm not happy with.

Very friendly staff, caring. Have a good laugh to put my mind at ease. Just been, always get an appointment when needed. Soft music playing to help relax you.
