Excellent

I called in to register as I have moved into area. Very polite and friendly staff advise yo register online which was easy to do. Took 3 days to get seen by doctor. I am very satisfied so far. Thank you.

We do strive to be accessible and offer appointments on the day so that patients do not have to wait long to see a GP.

Always willing to help.
Try to get you an appointment at the earliest time possible, if not, then they will talk to you over the phone and give really good advice and tips and very co-operative.

Staff are really good. I go quite a lot - the nurses have helped me to lose weight and the doctors are so nice. They've kept me on their books even though I live quite far from them

Can get appointments

Every time I need appointment, I get one.
Staff are really nice, nurse doctor and receptionist are good.
Doctors look after each illness of mine.

Care is good

Receptionists are good, not like others.
Care good, fantastic with me and my son. They know me and get me in straight away as they know it's to do with mental health.
