Helpful and reassuring receptionist
I sent a message to Woods dentist yesterday via messenger on Facebook to check if they were doing the temporary filling kits for people to do from home. I was answered, on a Sunday, within a couple of hours to tell me that they were open for business, and could do that in surgery and to please call practice on Monday and they would sort out an appointment for me. I rang today to make an appointment for my temporary filling replaced that had fallen out. I wasn't eager to make an appointment at this time but the lovely receptionist put me right at ease and explained they were open and the dentists were making their own appointments at the moment. She would take the preliminary information and the dentist would call me back. She checked I wasn't in pain and explained the call from the dentist would come from a private number to make the appointment in the next couple of days. Great service so far I felt really reassured.
